I had an amazing stay at this park hotel! The owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, sending us helpful emails before we even arrived. The facilities were top-notch and incredibly clean, making it a peaceful place to unwind. I was particularly impressed with the campground amenities, including a pool and a great dog-friendly area. However, we did find that some areas were still under construction, which could be better in the future.

Our stay was simply amazing! The cabins were spacious and sparkling clean, providing a comfortable retreat. We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who made us feel right at home. The location is a bit outside of Rotorua's center, but with a car, it was very convenient. The heated pool was a highlight, especially for the kids. We truly enjoyed our time and plan to return for more family adventures.
